1General Terms & Introduction

Baj Taka (referred to in this document as "baj", "we", or "us") is an online gaming platform providing entertainment gaming services for users in Bangladesh. Reading these terms and conditions carefully before using any of baj's services is mandatory.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and baj. By creating an account, logging in to the platform, or playing any game, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

Baj reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any changes via your registered email, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of the page will be revised accordingly.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

Age Limit & Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account on baj. This platform is strictly off-limits to minors. baj may request a copy of your national ID or passport at any time for age verification purposes.

One Person, One Account

Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same person, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited. The same policy applies when the same device, IP address, or payment method is linked to more than one account.

What You Need to Register

• Complete and accurate personal details — full name, date of birth, and address.
• An active mobile number that can be used for OTP verification.
• A valid email address — important notices will be sent to this address.
• A strong password that isn't used anywhere else.

3Financial Transactions — Deposits & Withdrawals

Baj supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals from unverified accounts may be temporarily placed on hold.
• Baj may request additional documentation for any transaction deemed suspicious.
• Wagering must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4Bonuses, Promotions & Offers

Baj regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer has its own specific terms, which are detailed on the respective offer page. The general bonus rules are outlined below.

Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager a specified multiple of the bonus amount — this is known as the wagering requirement. For example: a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳100 bonus means you need to place a total of ৳2,000 in bets.

Bonus Validity & Other Conditions

• Most bonuses are valid for 7 to 30 days from the date of activation.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically removed once it expires.
• Attempting to use the same promotion more than once may result in account suspension.
• Baj reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

5Gaming Code of Conduct

All users are expected to act honestly and ethically while on baj. To keep the gaming experience enjoyable for everyone, the following rules must be followed.

• Offensive, threatening, or abusive language in live game chats is strictly prohibited.
• Intentionally exploiting any technical glitch or bug in a game for personal gain is not permitted.
• The use of bots, automated software, or any hacking tools is strictly prohibited.
• Any technical issues must be reported to baj support immediately.

6Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited on baj and may result in immediate account suspension:

• Money Laundering: Any attempt to launder illegal funds through the gaming platform.
• Bonus Abuse: Claiming bonuses using fake accounts or another person's identity.
• Collusion: Coordinating multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage.
• Chargeback Fraud: Filing a false claim with your bank or payment provider after a successful transaction.
• False Identity: Creating an account using another person's name or personal details.

If evidence of such activity is found, baj will forfeit the associated balance and, where necessary, notify the relevant law enforcement authorities.

7Responsible Gaming

Baj believes gaming is a form of entertainment — not a source of income and never meant to become an addiction. The well-being of every user matters to us.

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 7 days and 1 year.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break of 24–72 hours, during which you will not be able to log in.
• Reality Check: Get reminders showing how long you've been playing.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the baj platform — including logos, designs, software, game names, and graphics — is the intellectual property of baj or its respective game providers. No user may copy, distribute, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from baj.

Users may only use baj's services for personal and recreational purposes.

9Limitation of Liability

Baj strives to deliver the highest quality of service; however, baj is not liable for the following:

• Games lost or losses incurred due to internet disconnection.
• Transaction delays caused by third-party payment provider issues.
• Service interruptions due to unscheduled server maintenance or emergency updates.
• Any loss resulting from the user's failure to keep their account credentials secure.

Baj works to resolve every issue promptly and is committed to keeping users properly informed.

10Policy on Changes to Terms

Baj may update these terms and conditions at any time due to business needs, legal changes, or platform improvements. For significant changes:

• You will be notified by email at least 7 days before any changes take effect.
• The "Last Updated" date on this page will be revised accordingly.
• Continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
